Mission Statement
|
"S.A.B.R.E", in S.A.B.R.E. Foundation, Inc., stands for Siberians Are Becoming Rapidly Extinct. The mission of the S.A.B.R.E. Foundation, Inc. is to protect and preserve Siberian Tigers. This includes the six tigers that are already in possession of Peter Renzo, as well as any tigers in need that the foundation becomes aware of. Additionally, S.A.B.R.E. Foundation, Inc. will strive to educate children, families and the general public about the plight of the endangered tiger and the benefit of preserving these magnificent animals from extinction.

Current Plans
|
We are working to expand our facility and to create a unique experience that is open to the public. We are in the process of moving to a new location with the number one priority of building the tigers larger habitats with much enrichment. They are currently in a temporary facility which is in need of expansion.
We are also in need of all construction supplies, fencing, and many other items to get going. Our long term goal is to expand into rescue operations, as we have enough space to provide a great environment for more animals.

Important Message From Peter Renzo
|
Thank you for your interest in Siberian Tigers. They have been my life's work and I promote efforts to save this species from extinction. To that end, it is necessary for people and organizations to care for individual animals.
I want to stress that interacting with Tigers is dangerous and must be done properly. Properly means that the tigers must come first in the lives of those caring for them. I will give advice on the proper care and training of Siberian Tigers, but please do not get a big cat if you are not willing or able to devote your life to them.
I am hoping that sharing my experiences with you will discourage those people who are not right for the challenges of owning a big cat. There are many ways to help, other than owning a big cat, so please do what you can.
